Steps to extract the bank certificate from the Saudi Investment Bank
Log in through the Saudi Investment Bank app.
Press > Services.
Press > Request Letter/Certificate.
Select letter type > Customer Identification Certificate without credit.
Make sure the beneficiary's name is in English.
