  • What are The required documents for the goTap "Corporates" ?

    The required documents for the goTap are similar to goSell and goCollect, unless the merchant requests customization, so here contacting our support team is needed.

  • Do we offer goTap to individuals?

    No, Only the corporates in Kuwait.

  • Do we give to people that have silent partners?

    No, We don't accept the businesses with silent partners.

  • What should the merchant do when the POS does not print?

    • Check if the paper roll is empty.

    • Check if the rolls are properly inserted.

  • What should the merchant do if the POS does not charge?

    • Check if there is any physical damage to the charge.

    • The damage could be from the charger hole, in this case, contact K-net support team ( 1805638 ).

  • What should the merchant do if the POS prints blank papers

    • Check the service power.

    • Check if rolls are inserted properly.

    • Restart the POS by turning it off and on again.

    • If they checked all that and yet it is still not working then the printer may be damaged, in this case, they should contact the K-net support team ( 1805638 ) to solve the issue or we could replace the POS but, it depends on the situation.

  • What does the merchant do when the screen glitches, damaged or the touch doesn’t work?

    • Restart the POS by turning it off and on again.

    • Charge the POS.

    • If the problem kept happening after all mentioned above, contact K-net support team ( 1805638 ).

  • What languages does the POS support?
    Arabic /English

    Note: It could be easily changed by the merchant as preferred, with the following simple steps: press the k-net logo on the screen > then go to a supervisor > next insert the password 1234 > Finally choose language Arabic or English.

  • What languages do the POS print in?
    Arabic / English

    Note: It could be easily changed by the merchant as preferred " the device will give the option for the merchant".

  • How long does the POS battery last?

    It lasts up to eight hours, it is better to start charging when it reaches 30%.

  • How to get a paper roll?
