How to get started with Tap Payments?

Getting started with Tap is just a matter of a few steps. First, you need to decide which option you'd like to go with. If you're looking for a billing application, that would be goCollect whereas if you're looking for a payment gateway for your e-commerce platform, that would be goSell. On the other hand, if you have an event or a shop and you're looking for a POS device, goTap is the solution. Below, you can find details on how to get started with each product:

goCollect
goCollect, our billing application, can be downloaded here. Once you've downloaded the app, you can create an account, free of charge, to understand how the application works. 

If you're a licensed company with a business bank account, please sign up for a corporate account, and if you're an unlicensed company, you may sign up for an individual account (we can help both!).

Now that you've had a little demo, if you wish to activate your account, you can do so yourself by uploading your bank details and a photo of the front and backside of your civil ID in the account settings. If you're a licensed company, this would also include a photo of your company license and proof of the authorized signatory.

goSell
You can create an account with goSell, our payment gateway, by signing up here. If you're a licensed company with a business bank account, please sign up for a corporate account, and if you're an unlicensed company, you may sign up for an individual account (we can help both!).

Once you've signed up for an account, you can contact our dedicated support agents through the live chat on the website itself to ask for more details on price plans, integration guides, or for help quickly activating your account. If not, you'll be contacted by one of our onboarding agents to help you start accepting payments as quickly as possible.

goTap

This service is available only in Kuwait
To receive a POS device for your store or your event, all you need to do is fill out the form here and one of our agents will be in touch ASAP to help sort it all out and arrange the delivery or pickup of devices. Unfortunately, though, currently, goTap is only available in Kuwait.

goPay

This service is available only in Kuwait

It is an application in which you can charge your prepaid line or pay your regular invoices, and you can also use it to purchase an iTunes card.
