How do I integrate my OpenCart website with goSell?

To integrate your OpenCart account with Tap, you first need to have a Tap account. You can register for a Tap account here and follow the registration process to get your account activated. Once your account has been registered, you'll be contacted by our onboarding team to help you select a price plan that works with your business needs and get your account activated.

Once your account has been activated, follow the steps below to get your API credentials which is what you need to connect the Tap payment gateway to your OpenCart store:

  1. Log into your Tap dashboard

  2. Click on goSell from the menu at the top

  3. Click on API credentials from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. The Merchant ID/ Account ID, Username, Password, and API Key is what you need from this page

Once you get your API credentials, follow the steps below:

1. Click here to download our OpenCart plugin

2. Go to the OpenCart dashboard, select Extensions, and then Extension Installer.

3. Upload the downloaded Tap Payments plugin here.

4. From the OpenCart dashboard, go to Extensions

5. From Filter select Payments, and you'll be able to see 'Tap' as a new payment method in the list.

6. Click on Install and then Edit.

7. Enter your Tap Merchant ID, Username, Password, and set the status to Enabled.

8. Save your setting, and you're done!
