Mada transactions will be settled in 3 working days with a minimum amount of 100 SAR
Visa or MasterCard transactions will be settled in 5 working days with a minimum amount of 100 SAR.
Note: There is an additional fee of SAR 5 on settlements below SAR 100 upon merchant request for an early payout, by contacting our customer experience agents on the live chat available on our website or goCollect application.
Changing payout frequency
If you'd like to change your payout frequency so that your payouts are made less frequently such as once every 2 weeks or month, just contact our customer experience agents through the live chat available on our website or the goCollect app and they can help you with that as well.
