How to Withdraw Your Funds

After automatic settlements are disabled, merchants can request USD settlements manually through Tap Support:

1. Log in to the Tap Support Portal

2. If required, reset your password using the “Forgot your password?” option

3. Submit a new support ticket requesting a USD settlement

4. Track and manage your request directly from your dashboard

Merchants can open a KWD settlement account with Tap and continue receiving settlements without USD transfer charges.
