To complete your onboarding with Tap Payments, we need a few key documents. Here’s a simple checklist to guide you.
1. Business Documents
We need official documents that include:
- Your business license or commercial registration
- The name of the authorised signatory
- A list of owners and shareholders
Common examples:
- Commercial License
- Commercial Registration (CR)
- Memorandum of Association (MOA)
Note: Make sure to upload all pages of the document that apply.
What if my company is owned by another company (20%~25% or more)?
In this case, additional documents are required.
2. Personal Identification Documents
National ID (front & back) from:
- The authorised signatory
- Any individual who owns 20%~25% or more of the business
Note: For foreign, a valid passport copy will be required.
3. Bank Account Details
We need proof of your business bank account, like an:
- IBAN Certificate/ statement showing:
- Account Name
- Account Number
- Bank Address
- IBAN Number
Note: Make sure the account name matches the legal name on the commercial license and/or registration document.
How to Get the IBAN Certificate From Your Bank?
To obtain your IBAN certificate, please contact your bank’s support team. They will guide you through the exact steps to download or request the certificate, as the process may vary depending on the bank.
4. Online Business Presence
Share your website or social media page where you sell your products or services.
It must be live and include:
- Product or service descriptions
- Pricing
- About Us section
- Terms & Conditions
- Refund Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Add to cart or checkout page
Special Cases
In some cases, additional documents are required based on the ownership type of the business and/or activity. This helps us meet regulatory requirements and better support your business.
