How do I add/update my bank details to receive payouts?

You can add/update your bank details on your Tap dashboard by following the steps below:

  • Using Tap dashboard

  1. Sign in to your Tap dashboard with the email ID and password you created the account with

  2. Click on Settings from the menu at the top of the page.

  3. Click on Bank from the menu on the left hand side of the page.

  4. Enter the bank details here as needed and click Update.



  • Using goCollect App

If you’re using goCollect, you can also add/update your bank details from within the goCollect app by following the steps below:

  1. Open the goCollect app

  2. Click on the Menu icon at the top left corner of the page.

  3. Click on your business name.

  4. Click on Bank Info.

  5. Enter the bank details here as needed and click Done on the top right corner of the page.
