How can I change the sign-in email?

If you’d like to change the email ID associated with your goSell or goCollect account, just follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to the Tap dashboard with the email ID and password you created the account with.

  2. Click on Settings from the menu at the top of the page.

  3. Change the Email ID as needed!

You can also change the sign-in email from within the goCollect app as well:

  1. Open the goCollect app.

  2. Click on the Menu icon at the top left corner of the page.

  3. Click on your Business Name.

  4. Click on Account Info.

  5. Change your Email ID as needed within the Business Contact Info section.
