By default, bills sent from the goCollect app are valid for 30 days. However, you can easily change the expiration date when creating the bill — either shorten or extend it based on your needs.

How to change the bill expiration date in the app:

1. Open the goCollect app.

2. Tap the ‘+’ button at the bottom right corner or give your phone a shake to create a new bill.

3. Click on the “Expires on [xx/xx/xxxx]” option (just above the Next button).

4. Choose a new expiration date from the calendar.

5. Complete the bill details and send it as usual.

Note: Once a bill expires, your customer will no longer be able to make a payment. Be sure to pick an appropriate deadline.
