How are the bills I sent organized on goCollect?

A full list of all the bills you sent is available on the My Bills portal, which is the homepage that you see when you open the goCollect app.


Within My Bills, your bills are classified as follows:

  • Pending: The bills that are still pending to be paid

  • Delivered: The bills that have been delivered

  • Payment Attempt: The bills where a payment attempt has been made

  • Paid: The bills that have been paid already

  • Canceled: The bills that have been canceled

  • Expired: The bills that have expired


To view your bills under any of these categories, just click on the Pending button under the Menu icon and choose which category you want to look at.



Additionally, if you have created different users within the goCollect app, you can also look at all the bills sent by a specific user by searching their name using the Search icon on the top right corner (the magnifying glass).
