How can I send reminders to customers?

Sending reminders is easy with goCollect. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the goCollect app

  2. Click on the bill you want to send a reminder for

  3. Click on Track Bill from the menu that pops up

  4. Click on the Send a Reminder button at the bottom of the page

  5. Reminder sent!


It’s as simple as that. No longer do you need to have any awkward interactions with your customers requesting payments!
