Sending reminders is easy with goCollect. Just follow the steps below:
Open the goCollect app
Click on the bill you want to send a reminder for
Click on Track Bill from the menu that pops up
Click on the Send a Reminder button at the bottom of the page
Reminder sent!
It’s as simple as that. No longer do you need to have any awkward interactions with your customers requesting payments!
