How can I add users to my account?

You can add users as needed by signing into your Tap dashboard from our website. From the dashboard, go to Settings and click on Users. From here you can add users as needed by entering their:

• First and last name

• Mobile number

• Email address

You will also need to decide what access you want to give the users: whether Agent or Admin. Once you've added the users, they will be able to log into the account with their email ID and their phone number as a password. They should then reset their password to ensure that the account security is not compromised.

 Noted: You can add unlimited numbers of users
