How can I submit the required documents for goCollect?

You may upload your documents through the business profile section of the app.


For unlicensed individual accounts:

  • Select your business name at the top of the sidebar

  • Select contact info

  • Upload the requested documents (Authorized Person’s ID)

 

For licensed corporate accounts:

  • Select your business name at the top of the sidebar

  • Select business information

  • Upload the requested documents (Organization’s License Copy, Authorized Signatory Copy, Chamber of Commerce Registration, or Authorized Person’s ID).
