Getting started with goCollect

Your business wants a billing application, and you've decided to go with goCollect, but what now?

First, you'll need to download goCollect, our billing application, by inputting your phone number here. You will receive a download link on your phone, which you can click on for a direct download. You can also download it directly from the App or Play store, depending on the type of phone you have.



Once you've downloaded the app, you can create an account (free of charge and without adding your credit card details!) to understand how the application works.



If you're a licensed company with a business bank account, please sign up for a corporate account and if you're an unlicensed company, you may sign up for an individual account (We can help both!).



Now that you've set up your account, try sending a bell to yourself or your friend to see how it works (Don't worry, you won't be charged for this unless you pay for the bill).

Now that you've had a little demo, if you wish to activate your account you can do so yourself by uploading your bank details and a photo of the front and back of your civil ID in the account settings. If you're a licensed company, this would also include a photo of your company license and proof of the authorized signatory.
