YES, you can easily change your account type at any point from Individual Account to Corporate Account or even vice versa, however, this will be created as a new account. and any remaining settlement from the old account will be transferred to the new account.
All you need to do is send a request to support@tap.company or speak to our dedicated support agents through the live chat on the website or the app.
If you're switching from Individual to Corporate, you will be required to submit the following information as well:
Copy of business license
Proof of authorized signatory
Copy of civil ID of authorized signatory (if different from the owner of the account)
Business bank account details such as IBAN number, account number, account name, the SWIFT code, the beneficiary address, and the bank address.
If you're switching from a corporate account to an individual account, we'll just need the following information:
Copy of civil ID of the owner (if different from the authorized signatory)
Business bank account details such as IBAN number, account number, account name, the SWIFT code, the beneficiary address, and the bank address.
Once this information has been provided, your request will be processed within 24 hours.
Note:- regarding the remaining settlement from the old account it has various scenarios and requirements so you need to discuss this with the support agent.
