Partial refund

If you’re processing a partial refund, the transaction fees will be considered as a refund fee, and there will be no separate fee for refund.

Full refund

Also regarding the full refund, the transaction fees will be considered as a refund fee, and there will be no separate fee for refund.

Note: Regarding the refunds which are being processed via "KNET"

"There is no refund fees at all"

So we can say that there is no consideration fee like " The transaction fee" as we elaborate above, also there is no separate fee for refund, regardless you are processing a Partial or Full Refund Request.
