How can I refund a customer in goSell?

You can easily refund your customers, partially or in full, through goSell. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your dashboard from the Tap website.

  2. Click on goSell.

  3. Click on the green button within the transaction that you want to refund

  4. Enter the amount you want to refund

  5. A refund has been requested! You can get a full history of all the processed refunds by clicking on Refunds on the left-hand side menu.

You can also use the Refunds API to process refunds easily by just passing the refund amount, currency, reason, and original charge ID. The Refund API will also allow you to create a refund, retrieve a specific refund, update a refund and list all refunds processed.

The refund could take between 3-5 days to be processed depending on the method of payment used. If you have any other questions about refunds, you can always message our customer experience agents through the live chat available on our website and the goCollect app.
