How can I track the status of my bills with goCollect?

Know exactly where your bill is, from the minute you send it until the amount is paid by your customer and it’s settled in your bank account. 


We’ve followed WhatsApp’s familiar checkmark system to let you know when your bill has been:

  • Sent

  • Delivered

  • Viewed by your customer

  • Attempted to be paid by your customer

  • Paid

  • Refunded

  • Canceled


This will allow you to follow up with your bill and provide support to your customers as needed. If your customer still hasn’t paid the bill, you can also send a professional payment reminder with the click of a button.
