When are payouts made to bank accounts in Egypt, Jordan, or Lebanon?

For businesses in Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon, the settlements are one-time, Weekly, on Tuesday after 5 business days of the payment, provided that there is a minimum of USD 3000 available to be settled.

• Early payout

If you'd like payouts to be earlier than that, there'll be a small fee of USD 50 for the early payout. You'll also need to manually request this by contacting our customer experience agents on the live chat available on our website or goCollect application.

• Changing payout frequency

If you'd like to change your payout frequency so that your payouts are made less frequently such as once every 2 weeks or month, just contact our customer experience agents and they can help you with that as well.
