When are payouts made to bank accounts in Oman?

For businesses in Oman, the funds take about 5 business days to move to your available balance ready to be settled. Once in your available balance, payouts will be made for free to your bank account weekly, every Tuesday- provided that there is a minimum of OMR 25 / 399 USD available to be settled.

• Early payout

If you'd like payouts to be earlier than that, there'll be a small fee of OMR 5 / or USD 50 for the early payout. You'll also need to manually request this by contacting our customer experience agents on the live chat available on our website or goCollect application.

• Changing payout frequency

If you'd like to change your payout frequency so that your payouts are made less frequently such as once every 2 weeks or month, just contact our customer experience agents and they can help you with that as well.
