Do I receive a confirmation for every successful payment made by a customer?

Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation every time a customer pays for a bill, which will also be sent to the email ID registered to the account.

 

On the app, once payment has been made, the bill will be moved from the Pending to Paid Bills category within the app, along with the expected payout date next to it.

 

For accounts that are integrated with goCollect, payment confirmations will be instantly passed through the API upon any successful payment.
