When creating your account, did you get an error that says "Email is already taken; try another one"?
We link each account to an email address. This means that if you have previously used an email address to create a Tap account, you can use the same login details for that business or for a related entity.
However, you may need to use a different email ID for a new business.
If you are unsure which business your email is associated with, please contact Tap’s dedicated support team through the live chat on our website or on the goCollect application.
