You can easily refund your customers, only in full, through the goCollect app, just follow the steps below:

Open the goCollect app

Click on the paid bill that you want to refund

Click on Refund Bill from the menu that pops up

Choose the reason why you’re refunding the customer

The refund has been requested!

You will receive a separate bill once the amount has been refunded, which you can send to the client if they require proof for themselves or their banks

Refund Process period
Your refund will be processed between 3 to 5 working days depending on the type of payment method.
