How can I cancel a bill that I sent to a customer?

We know that sometimes you need to cancel a bill quickly. Maybe because you made a mistake and want to send another bill, maybe because you don’t need to send a bill anymore, maybe because it was just a test bill—in any case, you can quickly cancel a bill with goCollect. 


Just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the goCollect app

  2. Click on the bill you want to cancel

  3. Click on Cancel Bill within the menu that pops up

  4. Click on a reason for cancellation from the options that pop up

  5. That’s it. The bill is canceled!
